Job Description :
- Diagnosing after responding to problem after discussions with users, it involve a problem recognition, logs, research, resolution, and follow-up the steps. Provide the first level support and perform other activities which is based adhering on work instructions and SOP.
- Use the Incident Management System to document information and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention’s
- Analyzing, acknowledge & record each and every alert in monitoring the tools & handle the alerts as per their impact.
- Always perform a routine maintenance updates with other IT staff and business units.
- Leading, Coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and supporting staff that provides hardware / software / network problem resolution.
- Providing hardware / software / network problem diagnosis resolution through email/chat/ telephone/web, Monitoring & Management of different IT Infrastructure components for customers.
- Identify the problem, evaluating it and prioritize customer problems and solving it.
- Participate in the company on-going training program and departmental development programs.
