Description of Job :
Technical Diploma / Graduate with good communication skills.
Candidates should be ready to work in shifts.
Ability of troubleshooting general operating system issues with Windows7 & WindowsXP.
Ability of troubleshooting Lotus notes client end issues and archive email.
Basic knowledge about the operating systems.
Ability of troubleshooting Anti-Virus software issues and also able to configure Anti-Virus.
Candidates should be able to configure and troubleshooting problem of network printers.
Can perform basic application troubleshooting problem.
