• Always perform a routine maintenance updates with other IT staff and business units.
• Leading, Coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and supporting staff that provides hardware / software / network problem resolution.
• Providing hardware / software / network problem diagnosis resolution through email/chat/ telephone/web, Monitoring & Management of different IT Infrastructure components for customers.
• Identify the problem, evaluating it and prioritize customer problems and solving it.
• Participate in the company on-going training program and departmental development programs.
