1. Candidates should have to do staff planning in which he has to monitor and report manpower.
2. Candidates should also work as adviser, TOM , etc.
3. Candidates should perform infrastructure planning along with support planning and testing for new applications, enhancement and development.
4. candidates should have to do capacity planning in which he keeps track on hiring requirement, training and graduation along with plans.
5. Candidates should have to schedule and roistering.
6. Candidates should have to do real time monitoring of incoming transaction, queue and agent behavior.
7. Candidates have to coordinate with local and UK IT to resolve any issues.
8. Candidates analysis and drill down based on data report and historical trends to improve the efficiency.
