1. Candidates should handle the voice call, chats, email regarding technical issues or fault for end users.
2. Candidates should provide help desk service support to IBM internal End Users and external commercial accounts End users across North America, EMEA and AP.
3. Candidates should have basic knowledge in Ethernet, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Connectivity troubleshooting and token ring.
4. Candidates should be having basic knowledge of operating system, window operating and its troubleshooting.
5. Candidates should also work in 24X7 shifts in nature and depending on geographies supported if vary.
